BOOKINGS

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING & DEPOSIT: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of your booking. Deposit can be paid in person or we will send you payment link in case of on-line bookings. Once we receive your deposit your booking is confirmed. Because of limited space, please let us know when you are going to be late. We will be keep your table for max 15 minutes.                                                      

Bookings AFTER OPENING HOURS just for 6 guests or more.                       

 

A 10% COMPULSORY SERVICE CHARGE will be automatically added to your final bill.                                                                                                          PRE-ORDERS: If you have not chosen a fully set menu, we will require a pre order by noon 3 working days in advance of your booking. Our full MENU and PRE - ORDER FORM you can find on our website, section: MENU. Pre - order form can be sent by e-mail.
ALLERGEN ADVICE: We are unable to guarantee an allergen free kitchen.
BILL: Your bill must be settled in full at the end of the meal, and your deposit WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL BILL FOR EVERY PERSON ATTENDING THE PARTY.      A 10% COMPULSORY SERVICE CHARGE will be added to your final bill for ALL PRIVATE PARTIES.
PRICES: The prices quoted include VAT and are subject to change due to market influences.
WINES & SPIRITS: Only wines and spirits supplied by The Old Dresser are permitted for consumption on the premises.
CANCELLATION OF BOOKING: We must have at least 5 working days (bank holidays not included) written notice of any cancellation.

VOUCHERS

1. All customers using vouchers must book a table in advance.

2. Vouchers are valid for 4 months from purchase, can not be used after that date and must be used in one visit.

3. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

4. Vouchers has no cash value. No change given.

5. Cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer, promotions, discounts, coupons or cards.

6. Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.

7. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment.

8. In order to buy or consume alcohol, you must be 18 years of age or over.

9. We reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice

 

10. In the event of any dispute, the decision of our management is final.

11. Once your own cake has been delivered to the restaurant it is no longer the responsibility of The Old Dresser.
